Sooshi Events is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist event organisers with planning, recruiting, training, scheduling, rostering and managing workforces for major events.

  • Recruitment

  • Meal Management
  • Workforce Communications
  • Attendance Management
  • Accreditation Integrations
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Artificial Intelligence-assisted planning tools
  • APIs and third-party integrations

Additional modules may be introduced from time to time.

Acceptance of these Terms

You accept these Terms by:

  • Accessing our website;
  • Creating an account;
  • Logging into the platform;
  • Purchasing or subscribing to our Services;
  • Accessing Services through an organisation that has subscribed to Sooshi Events; or
  • Continuing to use the Services after updated Terms become effective.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, company, government agency or event organising committee, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must:

  • be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  • have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
  • comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.

If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

5.

Definitions

Account
means a registered user account providing access to the Services.
Administrator
means a person authorised by a Customer to manage users, permissions and configuration within the platform.
AI Features
means any machine learning, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics or automated recommendation functionality made available by Sooshi Events.
Applicable Law
means all laws, regulations, standards and codes applicable to the Services or the parties.
Customer
means the organisation that purchases or subscribes to the Services.
Customer Data
means all information, records, files, documents and content uploaded to or generated within the Services by or on behalf of a Customer.
Documentation
means user guides, manuals, technical documentation and other published guidance relating to the Services.
Event Workforce
means employees, volunteers, contractors, officials or any other personnel managed using the Services.
Intellectual Property Rights
includes copyright, patents, trademarks, designs, trade secrets, confidential information, domain names and all other proprietary rights recognised under applicable law.
Services
means the website, software platform, mobile applications, APIs and related products made available by Sooshi Events.
Subscription
means the commercial agreement under which a Customer is granted access to the Services.
User
means any individual authorised to access the Services, including Customer administrators, recruiters, managers, supervisors, employees, volunteers, contractors or applicants.

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by:

  • publishing updated Terms on our website;
  • notifying Customer administrators through the platform; or
  • sending email notifications where appropriate.

The updated Terms will take effect on the stated effective date.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7.

Relationship with Other Agreements

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the website.

If your organisation has entered into a separate Master Subscription Agreement, Software Licence Agreement or other written contract with Sooshi Events, that agreement will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms in relation to the subscribed Services.
